These terms are the agreement between you and Archery.Services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By accessing or using Archery.Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account. Where the platform is used by a minor, it must be set up and supervised by a parent, guardian or affiliated club acting responsibly on their behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that present a security or safety risk.

Tournament features such as registration, draws, scoring and certificates are provided as tools for organisers. The hosting organisation is responsible for the conduct of its events and the accuracy of the results it publishes. Official rankings and records follow the rules of the relevant federation. Anti-doping and safeguarding obligations remain those of the participants and organisers.
Prices and availability in the shop may change. Where you purchase equipment, a contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order. Eligible items may be returned in line with the returns information provided at checkout and your statutory rights. You retain ownership of the content you submit — profiles, posts, images and results. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload.
The platform, its software, design, and branding are owned by Archery.Services or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them except as expressly permitted.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep it accurate and online, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Archery is a sport with inherent risks; the platform does not replace qualified coaching, range safety supervision, or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archery.Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect users and the integrity of the sport.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
