We ship PAN-India to all serviceable pincodes via our courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout — if a pincode is temporarily unserviceable, checkout will let you know before payment. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Large or heavy items (bows, target stands, mats) may need an extra 1–2 days for protective packing — archery equipment travels in reinforced packaging to arrive competition-ready.
For select metro pincodes, orders placed before 12:00 noon with the same-day option are dispatched immediately and delivered the same day. Orders placed after noon with this option are delivered the next morning. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode; if same-day is not available for your address, the option will not be charged.
Once your order ships you receive the courier and tracking details by email/SMS. Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts; after that the shipment returns to us and we contact you to reschedule (a re-shipping fee may apply). Please ensure someone is available to receive high-value equipment, which may require an OTP or signature on delivery.
Timelines can occasionally be affected by weather, strikes or courier disruptions; we'll keep you informed if your order is delayed. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Damaged-on-arrival items are covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
