You may cancel an equipment order free of charge at any time before it is shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may still be eligible for return under Section 2. Same-day delivery orders can be cancelled only within 60 minutes of placing the order, as dispatch begins immediately.
To cancel, contact us with your order number (shown at checkout and in your confirmation) via the details in Section 7. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full — including delivery fees, taxes and platform fees — to the original payment method.
Most equipment can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, manuals and accessories intact. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund is processed as per Section 3.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item — see Section 4), in which case we arrange and pay for pickup.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and, at your choice, ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including all fees).
Tournament entry fees follow the cancellation terms of each event. Unless an event page says otherwise: cancellations up to 7 days before the event receive a full refund; within 7 days of the event, entry fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible athlete with organiser approval. If an event is cancelled by the organiser or by us, entry fees are refunded in full.
